Inside the Enclave
I walk District 10's landed enclaves street by street: what living there is really like, what recent sales show, and what to check before you buy. Every episode comes with a full written guide.
Side by Side
How the enclaves compare
The enclaves sit close together in the same part of District 10, but they suit different buyers. Here's the short version; each episode guide has the street-by-street detail and the sales behind the ranges.
| Enclave | Housing | Character | Recent sale range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Namly · Ep 01 | Semi-D and detached, plus older terraces | Larger estate, slopes, its own shops at Namly Place | $8.8m–$9.16m for semi-Ds (2026) |
| Lantana · Ep 02 | Terrace, semi-D and detached | Five L-streets, Maple Lane Park, close to Sixth Avenue | $5.93m terrace to $21.6m detached (2025–2026) |
| Cypress · Ep 03 | Detached and semi-D only | Small, tree-named streets, food at the Bukit Timah Road corner | $7.45m–$14.17m (Jul 2025–Sep 2026) |
If you want a terrace, Lantana is the one of the three that has them. If you want a quieter, smaller enclave of detached and semi-detached houses, Cypress is worth a close look. The shops, MRT and everyday errands all three share are covered in Episode 04: Anamalai & Sixth Avenue. For the wider district, including Garlick and Brizay, read my District 10 enclave guide.
